5. TFM / TSM (UNDP)

Description
This training course aims to cover Total Flow Management (TFM), and Total Service Management (TSM).
The course starts with covering the most important aspects of TFM. More precisely, it will focus on explaining 3 main pillars that we call: Production Flow, Internal Logistics Flow and External Logistics Flow.

Furthermore, in order to create functional organizations that are focused on Cost, Reducing Delivery times, and Stock management, we also need to understand our customers. That is why the second part of this course is focused on (TSM), which will show how to turn organizations, or departments, into FLEXIBLE and AGILE structures; that quickly adapt to the ever-changing demands of clients.
Flexibility is needed, not only to be built in the processes, but also in systems, teams, and Organisational hierarchy, failing to do so, will not dictate Organisational failure, but will for sure make it happen faster.
