Description
The aim of this course is to explain how to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

The goal of TPM is to improve productivity and reduce costs. Consequently, it will show how to improve machine effectiveness through the prevention of losses and unnecessary repairs.

Moreover, the course will start with explaining the importance of transparency and the correct way of tracking machine performance through OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and continue showing how to keep machine efficiency up.
