Description
This training course covers the main principles of Continuous Improvement. The course starts with an introduction to KAIZEN™ Lean then discusses relevant topics such as resistance to change, KAIZEN™ Principles, strategic implementation of Kaizen, concept of Muda (waste) and learning to see through Value Stream Analysis.
There are various engaging tasks throughout training with many assessment exercises to strengthen the learning.
